Keith Bayer, LCSW, is a therapist who believes that the quality of relationships we share with others is only as strong as that which we share with ourselves. As such, Keith’s work focuses on guiding individuals in their personal growth and impacting the many roles in their lives. This involves everything from being a husband or wife, a provider and a parent, and even includes career changes and so many of the things that come up in the daily lives of men and women from the time of adolescence, onward.
Through this work, Keith helps individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives while having more satisfying relationships. He gives them the skills to deal with daily stressors, career changes, past traumas and mental health issues like depression and anxiety.
