We work and live in a fast-paced world that demands that we be on the move 24/7 and get things done, yesterday. For some of us, our bodies and minds need a little help remembering how to slow down and unwind. We need to learn to let go of our daily worries--the torrent of thoughts that run through our heads. Through a practice in mindfulness meditation one can experience techniques for shifting awareness to the here and now. It is a chance to learn to let go of stress and anxiety and be more focused. Mindfulness is a way to deepen your experience and understanding of yourself.

Keith has trained in mindfulness under such people as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Don Sloan, Ph.D., Lama Lobsang Palden and has even sat in meditations led by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He keeps his own daily meditation practice as he believes that it is a skill that cannot be taught unless one can address the benefits and struggles involved from first hand experience.
